‘patterns created from a small amount of Single Malt Scotch left in a glass, after most of it has been consumed. The idea for the project occurred while putting a used Scotch glass in the dishwasher when he noticed the leftover drops of Scotch had dried into a chalky but beautiful film. He began experimenting with different varieties of Scotch and photographed the residues using colored lights to give them an otherworldly effect.’
